On August 23, 2023, the fourteenth meeting of the Council on Public-Private Partnership was held in the building of the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan. The meeting was attended by the heads of the Ministries of Justice, Finance, Economic Development and Trade, Health and Social Protection of the Population, the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management, the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy, the Committee for Architecture and Construction, the State Institution “Center for the Implementation of Public-private partnership projects”, executive bodies of state power of the cities of Dushanbe and Istaravshan. At the meeting of the Council, 3 projects of public-private partnership were discussed and considered and appropriate decisions were made on their implementation. It was proposed to implement the projects through the mechanism of public-private partnership in the field of transport, the creation of a Heat Supply Center and a Center for Domestic and Social Services. It should be noted that the implementation of these projects is carried out with the involvement of private sector funds.
